How to care for your leather product

At Thomas Lyte we use only the highest quality, ethically sourced leather. However, over time even the finest leather can fall victim to a bit of wear and tear! Follow our care tips to keep your Thomas Lyte bag looking as good as new:

• Colour changes or irregularities are probably natural features 
• Avoid using or placing sharp objects on leather goods
• Leather is very durable, but not accident or damage proof
• Should your product get wet, please remove any residual water immediately with a paper towel, pack loosely with paper and allow it to dry naturally
• Don't place your leather bag in direct sunlight for prolonged periods as this may cause the leather to fade unevenly
• Keep leather dust-free by dusting with a soft cloth and storing in a protective cotton pouch
• Store in a flat, clean and dry place
• Whilst some fresh stains can be treated at home, ground-in stains should be attended to by a professional cleaner

Such high quality silver deserves to be treated with love so follow our care tips to ensure that you give your silver product the TLC that it needs.  To maintain the natural colour and shine of your silver, and to avoid oxidation or tarnishing, gently clean your silver product regularly with a polishing cloth.
