It was a really lovely event, with over 600 guests in attendance. We were delighted to welcome some of our best clients and staff into the store where there was an endless supply of champagne and delicious home-made mince pies on offer to get everyone into the festive spirit!
Charlotte, our head of PR, and Kevin Williams, our master silversmith, were honoured to be introduced to the Duchess and explained about Thomas Lyte’s support of UK manufacturing and the craft industry.

Entertainment was provided in the form of incredibly talented fashion illustrators Sasha Helim & Jio Fish, who created beautiful sketches of our guests to take away with them. The girls proved extremely popular and before long guests were queueing around the block to be etched with one of our stunning bags.
Other exciting attractions included a prize draw, which was announced by Tatler’s Retail Editor, Mariella Tandy. One lucky winner was fortunate enough to go away with an Eliza card case and key fob from our Autumn Winter collection! Mariella had also tagged her favourite TL pieces with ‘Tatler Picks’ tags- ideal for those who needed a little help with their Christmas shopping.
The evening was a huge success and in total we welcomed more than eighty guests into the store, all of whom were absolutely delighful and very enthusiastic. Huge thanks go to our wonderful fashion illustrators; the super stylish Tatler girls who were incredibly helpful throughout the event and, of course, the lovely Tatler readers – who we loved meeting.
