How do I know if an item is in stock?
Thomas Lyte will ensure the website is kept up to date to be as accurate as possible. In the unfortunate event that an item is not in stock we will notify you of the changes.
What payment methods does Thomas Lyte accept?
We accept payment via Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. If you are shopping from outside the U.K. your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Can all Thomas Lyte products be personalised?
No unfortunately not all of the products within the collection can be personalised with engraving or embossing. On products where it is possible you will have the option to add engraving or embossing online.

Do you offer same day delivery within London?

Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes a signature is required upon delivery of all Thomas Lyte orders. Please ensure you call us on +44 (0) 207 751 8844 if you need to make alternative arrangements. We regret that any courier charges incurred through failed delivery attempts will be passed onto you.
Is VAT charged online?
Yes VAT is currently charged at 15% and is included in the retail price as shown online. VAT will be charged on all orders delivered within the EU.
