Sunday Brunch

Spring is here! So why not treat yourself with a delicious brunch, and even sit outside to enjoy it! This weeks simple, yet delicious recipe is good for the body and simple to make...enjoy!

INGREDIENTS (Serves Two)

•4 Organic Eggs
•1 Avocado
•Rye Bread
•Basil
•Knob of Butter
•Salt and freshly ground pepper
 

OTHER INGREDIENTS YOU MAY ADD

•Spinach
•Mushrooms

METHOD 

Crack the eggs into a bowl and wisk together, whilst gently heating butter in a pan. Add the eggs and cook till scrambled.

Whilst cooking, gently toast rye bread and slice avocado.

Serve imediately once cooked, best paired with a handful of basil, Bon appetite!
