Designers and Makers of The Women’s Six Nations Championship Trophy

Women’s rugby has moved forward significantly in the past few year, and the new Six Nations trophy for Women was first commissioned in 2008. Thomas Lyte are proud to be the Designers and Makers of the Women’s Six Nations Championship Trophy. It has been played for each year since.

Restored every year in the London based workshop by a team of expert silversmiths, this trophy has a spirit of the heritage of the game. Crafted from sterling silver, the trophy originally took over 40 hours to complete, through a precise process of casting, spinning, hand engraving and polishing.
